Account Manager

Janely Ortiz has been with the Hartford Courant since 2016 as a member of the client services team. She has grown significantly during her time with HCMG as a Sales Engineer and now as an Account Manager. With her background in customer service and campaign management, Janely has worked with a broad range of advertisers and taken on their challenges and goals as her own, determined to give all of her accounts the strongest digital results and exposure. Janely has partnered with many of the account executives, gained tremendous media knowledge and built strong relationships.  She enjoys learning everyday and the opportunity to be a part of the success of each and every client. When Janely is not delivering her clients, outstanding results, she is spending time with her 8 year old son, Jaime.
